Bilevel Therapy
The AirCurve 11 VAuto automatically adjusts both inhalation (IPAP) and exhalation (EPAP) pressures when set on VAuto mode.
The machine’s unique AutoSet algorithm responds to snoring, apneas and flow limitations, ensuring you receive the pressure you need for optimal treatment. ResMed's VAuto bilevel device adjusts pressure within the range of Min EPAP and Max IPAP, which represent the lower and upper limits of pressure delivery.
For users who don't require automatic pressure adjustments, the AirCurve 11 VAuto also offers a S mode that allows you to set fixed IPAP and EPAP pressures.
CPAP Therapy
Not just a BiPAP machine, the AirCurve 11 VAuto also features CPAP mode for those who only need a fixed pressure to treat OSA.
User-Friendly Design
With a large, easy-to-read touchscreen and prominent on/off button on the top, the AirSense 11 VAuto is simple to use and navigate.
The humidifier water tub is removable for cleaning and it comes in a dishwasher safe version (AirSense/AirCurve 11 Cleanable Water Tub), if you prefer to let your dishwasher do all the work.
Clean lines paired with smooth, curved corners and a neutral color palette gives the AirCurve 11 VAuto a sense of sophistication and simplicity. Its modern design complements various bedroom decors, seamlessly blending with existing furniture and color schemes.
Improved Comfort
Available in VAuto and S modes, ResMed’s EasyBreathe waveform mimics your natural breathing patterns to make therapy more comfortable.
And if you’re using the Air11 BiPAP on CPAP mode, you can enable Expiratory Pressure Relief (EPR) to reduce pressure when you breathe out. EPR can be set to off, 1, 2, or 3, with each level corresponding to the amount of pressure decrease in cm H2O.
To make it easier to fall asleep, the ResMed AirCurve 11 VAuto features Ramp so you can start therapy at a lower, more comfortable pressure. Ramp can be adjusted in 5-minute increments ranging from 5 to 45 minutes.
Alternatively, you can enable AutoRamp to let the Air11 BiPAP automatically increase pressure to your prescribed settings after you’ve fallen asleep.
Inspiratory Time Control
Adjustable inspiratory time (Ti) with minimum and maximum limits allows your doctor to personalize your comfort. Providers can extend or shorten the machine’s inspiratory time to better match your natural breathing patterns.
Fine-Tuning Trigger and Cycling Sensitivity
The AirCurve 11 VAuto also features adjustable trigger and cycling sensitivity for enhanced comfort. Your doctor can precisely adjust these settings to synchronize the machine with your breathing, so you don’t need to fight your BiPAP for each breath.
Optimal Humidification & ClimateLineAir Heated Tubing
The AirCurve 11 VAuto features a built-in heated humidifier that adds moisture to the air, reducing dryness and congestion in your mouth and nose.
When used with the optional ClimateLineAir 11 Heated Tubing, the humidifier can be set to Climate Control Auto mode to minimize the need for humidity and temperature changes.
Climate Control Auto optimizes humidification by keeping the air at a comfortable 85% relative humidity. It also sets the tube temperature to 80°F (27°C), which can be easily adjusted within the range of 60 to 86°F (16 to 30°C). By keeping the tube temperature constant, the machine prevents excess condensation/rainout from forming inside the hose and mask.

Built-in digital health tools found in the ResMed myAir app (iOS/Android) help you get started and stay on track from the very beginning. Personal Therapy Assistant provides voice-guided instructions and interactive videos during setup.
Care Check-In offers tailored feedback and coaching to help you stay motivated — your responses can even be shared with your doctor to help them better support you.
Pulse Oximeter Compatible
The AirCurve 11 VAuto is compatible with the NONIN WristOx2 Oximeter 3150 with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE). This finger pulse oximeter connects to the device via Bluetooth and is sold separately.
