Perfect for New Users
The AirSense 10 Auto CPAP may lack some of the latest bells and whistles like Bluetooth connectivity and a color touchscreen, but it makes up for it with all the comfort and therapy settings you need for effective sleep apnea treatment. Featuring EPR for easier exhalation, as well as ResMed’s advanced AutoRamp algorithm, the AirSense 10 AutoSet is the perfect machine for new CPAP users. With AutoRamp, you can fall asleep easier at a lower pressure, and once the machine detects sleep onset, it will start increasing pressure to your prescribed setting.
SmartStart is another convenient feature that helps ease you into therapy. When enabled, it automatically starts the CPAP machine once you put on your mask and start breathing. When you remove your mask, the AirSense 10 will shut off automatically. SmartStart is not only helpful for quickly getting settled in bed, but it also eliminates the need to reach for buttons in the dark.
Optimize Humidification with ClimateLineAir Heated Tubing
The AirSense 10’s integrated humidifier delivers warm air to help you sleep better. Without heated humidification, there’s a chance you’ll wake up with a dry mouth and sinuses. You can optimize your sleep even more by swapping out the SlimLine Tubing with the optional AirSense 10 ClimateLineAir Heated Tubing.
This heated hose enables “Climate Control Auto”, an intelligent humidification mode designed to minimize the need for multiple humidity adjustments. In "Climate Control Auto," the machine adjusts the humidifier output to maintain a comfortable 85% relative humidity and keep the tube temperature at 80°F. When used together, the humidifier and heated tube prevent excessive condensation in the CPAP hose and mask.
Cellular Connectivity & Remote Sleep Data Monitoring
With the AirSense 10 AutoSet, your doctor can view your CPAP compliance and make setting changes remotely. As long as you have cellular service, the AirSense 10 will be able to upload your sleep data to the cloud and download any setting changes made by your doctor. You can also access your sleep data yourself via the ResMed myAir app, which is available on iOS and Android.
If your prefer not to use the app, you can still access crucial sleep therapy information such as usage hours, leak data, AHI etc. directly on the machine. Learn how to view your AHI on the ResMed AirSense 10.

Removable Water Chamber
The ResMed AirSense 10 Auto CPAP comes with a built-in heated humidifier with a removable water chamber for easy cleaning. The water chamber can also be removed to make the machine more compact for travel. It’s worth noting that since removing the water chamber leaves a noticeable gap in the side of the device, you will need to insert the AirSense 10 Side Cover in its place.
